hela Sverige On behalf of Mölnlycke Health Care we are looking for a controller to Global Supply Chain Management. This is a new position within the company reporting to the Vice President SCM.
Your responsibility will be to manage the Supply Chain Management (SCM) controlling function. This means to co-ordinate and secure all financial aspects within SCM in order to support the achievements of the function and the business objectives of Mölnlycke Health Care AB.

• actively participate in and support the development and implementation of the SCM strategy and Budget/Forecast and cooperate with the Divisions to secure the financial budgets
• lead, initiate and run capital management issues within SCM in order to reach optimal value creation and cash flow
• measure and follow-up identified key performance indicators for SCM. Based on the result, recommend corrective actions for continuous improvements
• communicate financial information and policies in order to secure business understanding throughout the Supply Chain
• participate in corporate, division and SCM projects in order to secure the financial and/or performance aspects of the projects
• participate in the SCM Board/Procurement Board in order to secure the business strategies are developed in line with the overall company strategy.
ErfarenhetThe successful candidate has a University degree and minimum 5 years experience working in an international environment in various financial management positions. Proven skills in controlling- sales, logistics and/or production are a necessity for this position as well as strategy and business competence.
You are eager to find ways of improving and developing people and processes which you do by focusing on teamwork and cooperation, using your communication skills.
The position demands ability to multi-task, which requires a structured way of working.
