Overview
We are looking for a Global Insight Manager to the Incontinence Care category within Global Hygiene Category (GHC). The position can be located in Gothenburg, Sweden in our new office at Mölndals Bro or Philadelphia, US. GHC leads SCA's hygiene brand portfolio and delivers brand development and innovation for our three business areas, Incontinence Care, Consumer Goods and Professional Hygiene.
Your main responsibility will be to support TENA Master Brand and Communication team with communication research and customer and customer segment understanding to grow the brand and business. The position holder is a member of the Global Insight Team and reports to the Global Consumer & Customer Insight Director in Gothenburg, Sweden.



Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Provide market/segment research knowledge, expertise and methodological advice to develop and grow the TENA brand
Be responsible to coordinate the communication pre-tests and in market follow-up tracking in close collaboration with selected partner vendors
Consolidate relevant consumer, customer and segment knowledge and continuously provide this input in communication projects
Actively participate in consumer and customer communication related decision making, being the "fact based voice" of the consumers and customers

Required Education & Experience

Master Degree in Business Administration, specializing in marketing or similar education level within Sociology and Psychology
Relevant experience within marketing research (min. 5 years). Communication and branding research is an advantage
International business experience, fluent in English, both written and oral
Preferably both B2C and B2B marketing background
Demonstrated ability to lead projects in a collaborative international environment
Travel: Up to 15%.
