We are responsible for the transition from conventional powertrains to electromobility and to secure a stepwise implementation in different segments/regions. About the role
As Global Component Responsible, you will take place on an exciting change journey and join our newly formed TVM&EVS (Traction Voltage Monitoring & Electric Vehicle Supply) team in Power Conversion. In this role you will specify the technical requirements, choose supplier solution, and secure the industrialization and maintenance of the solution together with a cross-functional team within Volvo. You will work close with our suppliers to secure the deliveries by managing the work distribution and making sure the suppliers understand the technical requirements here at Volvo as well as the needs of our customers and application. Together with the team you will work actively on the features in the JIRA backlog during the Program Increment.

We believe you have the ability to strategically understand, identify and adapt to future needs and challenges. Requirements:
Bsc. degree or above in electrical/mechatronics engineering or similar
Experience within power supply system or charging system or component development.
Familiar with vehicle charging standard and EMC standard.
Skillful in collaboration with different stakeholders.
Leadership experience, i.e. as a scrum master or similar technical lead would be a merit.
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Driver's license (B)
