In the Business Unit High Speed Separators, we are committed to deliver a superior customer experience to our Food & Life Science customers. A fundamental cornerstone to achieve this goal is that our customers meet competent and professional Alfa Laval people in every touchpoint they have with Alfa Laval around the globe.
Who you are
About the job
You will be part of the Marketing and Product management team and primarily be responsible for delivering the basic product trainings. You will also be responsible for setting and executing the global competence development roadmap. You will design and continuously improve our training courses and support the different training owners to build their own material based on Alfa Laval Learning Principles. The trainings will be digital, classroom, webinars, animations &videos, etc. delivered mainly for the internal employees but also for external customers. You closely evaluate the HSS competence gap in sales companies and support the Alfa Laval local trainers' community to close these gaps and you on a regular basis will also conduct basic trainings yourself.

What you know?
* A degree in engineering
* Hands-on knowledge about contemporary learning methods and how to apply them in developing trainings
* The ability to engage the learners & facilitate trainings to achieve an optimum learning experience
* Experience in project management
* Fluency in English, written and spoken form, is compulsory
