We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for our global compensation and benefits landscape. You will play a pivotal role in mapping, evaluating, and enhancing our compensation offerings and processes across EMEA, APAC and NAMER regions.
Primary Responsibilities
•
Global Compensation Mapping and Strategy: Conduct a comprehensive review of our current compensation structures in each country, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with industry standards

External Partner Management: Collaborate with and evaluate external compensation and benefit partners to drive innovative and effective programs, ensuring the delivery of value-driven solutions
•
Incentive Program Management: Oversee and optimize various incentive programs, including Long-Term Incentive (LTI) programs and bonus structures, to attract and retain top talent
•
Global Payroll Administration: Take charge of the global payroll administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
•
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR Business Partners, our Talent Acquisition team, and our Chief People Officer to align compensation strategies with broader HR and organizational objectives
Qualifications/Skills
• Experience working with payroll in a global environment
• Extensive experience working in a role responsible for compensations and benefits in a global environment on a strategic and operational level
• Experience managing and procuring outsourcing partners in the field of benefits and payroll
• Experience of regulatory frameworks in general and SOX in particular
• Knowledge of International Mobility and LTI programs
• Professional level of Swedish and English, verbal and written communication
• Solid experience working with the Swedish and US markets, this is where the majority of our employees are located

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with multiple stakeholders on all levels
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Excellent presentation skills,
• Strong planning and organizing skills
