We are a newly established group-wide financial services unit within the TRATON Group building on Scania Financial Services. The corporate group includes Scania, MAN, Navistar, and Volkswagen Truck & Bus LLC, among others.

With a presence in over 65 markets, we are already one of the most global private actors in the financial services industry.

Currently we are looking for a Global Compensation & Benefits Manager to strengthen our central People & Culture department.

Within this position you will report directly to Chief HR Officer TFS.

In this role you will closely work with the CHRO on diverse global projects developing guidelines for our compensation processes and providing high-level support and advice in the areas of Compensation & Benefits, in alignment with the People & Culture strategy.

The position is hybrid and is based at TRATON Financial Services HO in Södertälje.

Main responsibilities will include:

• analysis of global compensation structures, adaption to global and local systems according to future needs
• leading and/or supporting global projects and initiatives to ensure the successful implementation of globally consistent compensation programs
• leading the execution and development of the performance management process at a global scale
• providing consultative technical expertise, advice and guidance regarding compensation matters to management teams in order to support business
• ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements for Global Compensation through the development and digital tracking and reporting of KPIs
• teaming up with HR Managers to monitor and analyze issues related to compensation within the company and the external market, including supporting the businesses with ad-hoc benchmarks, market and salary survey.

If you have:

• demonstrated solid understanding about managing and developing creative programs in a fast-paced environment,
• experience performing HR-related duties on a professional level, working closely with staff throughout all hierarchy levels, including negotiation at all levels,
• result-driven mindset with a "hands-on" personality and an entrepreneurial spirit paired with excellent communication skills,
• experience in project work with the ability to prioritize is required,
• flexibility and easiness to adapt to dynamic environment across diverse cultures,
• MSc degree in human resources, administration, economics, finance or any other relevant academic background with 5+ years of experience,
• very good knowledge of English both in writing and speech.
