With sales in 140 countries and global fast growth in the online sales channel we want to further increase our focus on online sales driving efforts. The Thule Group Online team is responsible for driving the development and maintenance of the global digital platform to efficiently handle our growth ambitions, in terms of both scalability and usability. Strong focus is on our B2C platforms and to grow organically on a global level across our categories.
We are now looking for an experienced Global CMS Manager that will be the system owner of our Content Management System. The CMS manager will be responsible for defining and implementing the CMS strategy and roadmap, governance and ensuring best practice is followed.
The ideal candidate holds a degree in marketing or another relevant field. With 3+ years of experience you have a fundamental understanding of digital tools and media as well as solid hands-on experience of working with digital channels across the board. You have experience working with content management, personalization and ecommerce.
You know how to work with PIM, CMS (we use Sitecore and Sitecore commerce) and online marketing tools. You have good project management and communication skills and are able to drive internal projects across departments and countries.
In your role as a Global CMS Manager your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Continue the development and execution of our CMS strategy and roadmap globally
Responsible for defining and implementing workflows, user management and system configurations
Develop, document and drive best practice to optimize how we work with content management, personalization and ecommerce supporting features
Monitor, analyze and report on site metrics to continuously improve our online communication
Responsible for working with our internal stakeholders in Sales and Marketing to advise for best usage of the CMS components, modules and features

Qualifications
At least 3+ years' experience in field of communications, marketing or digital communications in a global organization with focus on web content management
Expert level content management skills and expertise within preferably Sitecore or other content management system
Experience of eCommerce is a plus
Experience of agile way of work is a plus

We also see that you are a well-organized and structured person with project management skills and with a pragmatic and prestigeless approach. To be a self-motivator and driver with a getting it done mentality is a given and you have an understanding of brand management and to see the bigger picture. A good level of verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and an ability to work in a flexible and quickly manner in a dynamic and developing environment.
