Headquartered in Solna, Sweden, the Business Unit Maquet Critical Care AB (MCC) is looking for a full-time Global Clinical Application Manager for the Anesthesia Marketing Department.
Your main responsibilities as Global Clinical Application Manager are:
• Responsible for the anesthesia clinical expertise. Based on clinical experiences, to provide suggestions and improvements on existing and future trends and functionality for our products.
• Responsible for clinical application support. This includes on-site support at installations and assistance in the creation of clinical case reports.
• Responsible for the clinical contact towards our regional/local application specialists.
• Responsible for the clinical aspects of our Marcom material â- including the website Critical Care News.
• Responsible for the coverage of clinical trends, studies and feedback to the Global Product Managers.
• Responsible for the clinical expertise for creating requirements and analysis of application related product issues. This includes participating in the risk analysis and assessment of incident reporting.
The position also includes:
• Support for clinical key-opinion leader management.
• Support in creating product presentations.
• Support for Events (including regional/local sales meetings, conferences, product launches, etc)
• Plan and implement validation with regard to intended use and clinical user needs
• Coordinate and participate in clinical evaluations of new products.
• Support and implementation of product and application training with Maquet's international sales organization as well as end customers.
• Support the development of marketing and training materials,
This is a global position and requires flexibility in traveling to our main markets in Europe, Asia, and the United States. Total travel is estimated to 30%.
Your background:
• A minimum of 3 years clinical experience within anesthesia/critical care hospital environment (e.g. nurse, RRT, physician)
• Ideally sales experience
• Ideally training experience
• Microsoft Office skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ideally you are bilingual in Swedish and English, but at least native in one, and proficient in the other language.
• Solid understanding of clinical device application.
• Experience in international environments and clinical trials is also an advantage.
As a person you are:
• Avery efficient communicator with great presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills including an open-minded, supportive attitude, collaboration and negotiation capabilities.
• Commercially oriented.
