About the position
As global Chief Marketing Officer, you will lead the strategic and operational work with marketing in all our markets. You work to ensure that Holm Security has a strong position in the market for prospects and existing customers. You will also work to position our workplace towards the labor market and the company towards future investors. We will become a well-known brand and be seen as an obvious partner for our area. You Work closely together with our CEO, C-level management, and our regional Sales Directors.
Experience, skills, and characteristics
We are looking for you who are very driven and determined. You can work high and low and quickly switch between strategic and operational work. You thrive in a growing company with diverse tasks.
The Responsibility for the overall marketing activities in all markets, like:
• Digital campaigns and campaigns in traditional media.
• Events and fairs together with our sales teams.
• Physical and digital events like webinars.
• Digital advertising and SEO.
• Social media and video production.
• Newsletters, blogs, and sales materials.
Experience
You have at least five years of experience leading a marketing team in an international context in a SaaS or software company. We like to see that you have experience working with Hubspot as a marketing and sales platform.
Terms
The role is full-time with immediate employment.
Language requirements
Fluent in English in speech and writing.
