What we offer
Globally responsible for Procurement Category Team deliveries including:
Strategy, cost, quality, sustainability, and delivery as well as escalations.

You will together with your supplier's challenge the status quo to continuously improve the result and quality to achieve customer satisfaction. What you will do
In this position you will be responsible for the business deliveries for a team handling automated process lines and relevant production equipment for our manufacturing sites globally. The projects & commodities in this team are of a high complexity based on scope, level of technology, supplier base and project setup. You will work closely with our Manufacturing Engineering stakeholder. Together with the stakeholder you will align on sourcing strategies and supplier base. You will be accountable for relevant commodities has an updated valid category strategy. You need to be able to challenge our stakeholder, specification and 'normal' way of working in order to optimize our sourcing setup. As we are in an exciting phase where we are changing our manufacturing setup by adopting new production technologies such as Mega casting and Battery assembly you will have the opportunity apply the 'best-fit' sourcing approach for these commodities.
Do you fit the profile?
You have a Bachelor's degree Technical or Economical) or equivalent experience within the field.
You are proficient in English, both spoken and written and computer skills.
You have been working within Purchasing with sourcings and business agreements.
You are a natural leader and have the ability to see the whole picture of a business case.
Supplier relationships are important and where your communication skills is a great ability.
On a personal level
This position is for you who enjoy building and maintaining relationships. You like to take initiative, ownership and work both independently but also coordinating a team. You enjoy using your communication skills to coach and drive the suppliers forward. You are not afraid to face demanding situations and take action.
