Description
Are you goal oriented with strong interpersonal capabilities combined with knowledge and expertise in Marketing and Communications? Do you like to drive strategies and motivating others?
Our Global Category Leader Marketing and Communications is moving on to a new position and we are now looking for his successor. The Global IMS team drives sourcing and supplier base strategies for Marketing and Communications, HR and Professional Services, Maintenance/Repair/Operations (MRO) and Facility Management. This is done in close cooperation with our business stakeholders as well as our Cluster SuM organisations.
In your role you will have a global responsibility for the sourcing and the execution of the category strategy. You will lead the category Marketing and Communications and your main targets will be to build business partnership, achieve cost reduction and supplier consolidation.
The position is based in Lund or Modena and includes around 10% travelling.
Main responsibilities
• Drive the centralization of the sourcing and contracting activities within Marketing and Communications
• Cost reduction and consolidation of supplier base
• Contracting and negotiations
• Supplier Base Management
• Cost/spend analysis
Qualifications
We are looking for a driven, self going candidate with great networking skills and the ability to motivating others. Your strong communication skills combined with your interpersonal capabilities enable you to easily interact cross borders. You also have solid business awareness as well as the passion to do business. To build and maintain sucessful relations with stakeholders comes natural to you. Furthermore, you are business oriented and have a strong and recognized informal authority as well as a natural seniority.
You have a strong drive to reach the objectives within your areas of responsibility. Furthermore you are motivated by building and implementing new ways of working and are open to change.
We believe you have a university degree combined with at least 5 years of experience from Supply Management. Experience from category management as well as from Marketing and/or Communications is a must. We also value knowledge in project management. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
