o Min 10 years experience within strategic sourcing
o Minimum 5 years of leadership experience
o Experience from international sourcing with negotiating contracts and developing strategic partnerships
o Experience from driving continuous improvement programs
o Experience from sourcing in a multinational/ multicultural industrial Group
o Experience in interacting with high level internal and external stakeholders
o Proven track records in successfully develop and implement Global sourcing strategies
o Fluency in English is required both verbally and in writing, other languages are a plus
o Ability to fully work with all parts of MS Office
o Capacity to travel min 30 % of the time
o University degree or equivalent

Purpose & Mission of Role:
o To develop and implement Sourcing vision and strategy for the category
o To plan, prepare, negotiate, enter, execute, and maintain agreements with suppliers in accordance with DeLaval policies and guidelines
o To make final priorities on choices of suppliers out of a DeLaval perspective
o Manage relationship with Strategic suppliers
