As part of Epiroc's digitalization strategy, the Service Process and Application Management Team develops our business processes and applications toward world excellence. We are a dedicated team seeking to improve how we serve our internal users and customers.

Your mission
As a Global Capability Development Lead, you will inspire and drive change in needed business capabilities that are used globally. These include; Fleet Management, Customer Service Management, Service Quality (including Warranty), and Service tools (Service Agreement quoting/follow-up).
In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders and IT to drive business value. You will be responsible for seeking strategic business inputs, shaping the roadmap and defining initiatives. You will facilitate feasibility and project management activities while ensuring business processes and applications fit with the Service and IT strategies and portfolios. Whilst leading the team, you will mentor and be hands-on project managing. You enable the team to continuously improve baseline performance and efficiency of the service processes, data, and applications portfolio.
Your profile
You consider yourself a leader who is able to get stakeholders, developers, suppliers and others aligned toward shared goals. You are customer-focused, cooperative and have good communication skills in English. You are independent, adaptable, dependable and able to deal with situations of varying pressure.
You have a solid experience with a mixture of Service Operations, IT or Technical Services and Software experience such as in ERP and/or Service applications (e.g. CMMS, FSM, Fleet tracking). You have good knowledge in application management and best practices with an overall understanding of end-to-end Business processes.
Experience in people and project management, IT, user experience principles and/or knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus.
Location and travel
This is a permanent position based in Örebro (Sweden). Occasional travel would be required in this role. In case a candidate from a different country applies and is successful, Swedish local terms and conditions will apply.
