hela Sverige As part of the Global Campaign Management (GCM) team in Stockholm you will be integral to orchestrating the strategic planning, development, execution and measurement of integrated global live service campaigns, with a focus on DICE games and live service campaigns
You will partner with studio and cross functional Marketing teams to manage and measure the execution of Service Marketing and Live Service campaigns across all parts of the Marketing and Publishing organisations and apply learnings.
By driving clear accountabilities and seamless collaboration, you will profoundly impact the ability to build trust with players, innovate with disruptive marketing and achieve strong business results.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Architecture
• Collaborates to provides strategic input for the development of the global campaign roadmap
• Collaborates to develops messaging in support of the campaign narrative
• Considers business goals as it relates to the cadence of the campaign
Relationship Management
• Excellent understanding of the role all key cross-functional (CFX) team members and their functions do in service of the campaign
• Builds relationships with specific CFX teams in both the Central Marketing as well as the Global Publishing organisations
• Leads by example in inter-GCM team work with geographically dispersed counterparts
Campaign Management
• Key member of a team that galvanizes the publishing organization around the global campaign strategy
Campaign Measurement
• Capable of presenting in front of multi- country teams and multiple levels
• Demonstrates ability to deal with ambiguity positively, adapt quickly and be effective in new situations in a highly dynamic environment
Product / Service Knowledge
• Has exceptional knowledge of core game features, player benefits, and USPs, including multi-year progression/linking of product features.
• Can play the game with confidence and can demo the game to a variety of internal and external audiences.
• Can lead the development of Campaign Narrative and Messaging Framework based on Product and digital Subscription Service Knowledge to craft compelling player journeys.

Experience:
• Experience working on global campaigns and partnering with geographically dispersed teams.
• Hands-on expertise of digital subscription businesses
• Understanding of evolving consumer engagement and channel opportunities
• Experience in videogames or similar dynamic consumer or entertainment environments
