Now, we're seeking a highly motivated Global Business Manager Sustainability to drive the business angle and accelerate the sustainability transformation.

Your mission
As the Global Business Manager Sustainability, you'll ensure that Epiroc becomes a proactive sustainable solution provider. You'll lead collaboration with different internal and external stakeholders such as customers and provide support to various groups This role provides a great opportunity to work with diverse international teams located in different continents, develop a strong legacy and be part of a dynamic team aiming to create excellence in everything we do. Reporting to the VP Sustainability, with a dotted-line to the Global Customer Relationship team.
As our Global Business Manager Sustainability, you will:
* Integrate sustainability into our sales offerings and interact with customers.
* Formulate sustainable solutions that meet customer requirements, utilizing the breadth of Epiroc's technologies and services.
* Collaborate with our global sales organization and the Global Customer Relationship team to develop sustainability programs for key customers worldwide.
* Act as the strategic link between Epiroc's sustainability agenda and our customers' and business partners 'needs.
* Build a defined business model that showcases the tangible value our sustainability objectives bring to end users.
* Develop sustainable business strategies, training programs, and integrate sustainability communication into customer interactions.
* Incorporate industry trends and customer feedback into our sustainability strategies.
* Lead and provide expertise on sustainability topics, while understanding customers' evolving needs in this area.

Your profile
To succeed as our Global Business Manager Sustainability, you should have:
* A broad business and industry experience, with a proven track record of driving sales and profit growth.
* Strong business development skills.
* Deep knowledge of sustainability and its opportunities and challenges in mining and infrastructure industries.
* Experience in leading change, developing trust and building a collaborative culture within an organization.
* International mindset and experience, either from working abroad or extensive international business relations.
* Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (knowledge of other international languages is a plus) and experience of communication.
* A university degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.

Location and travel
This position is located in Sweden, preferably in Stockholm or Örebro but other locations can be discussed. International travel is an important part of this role.
