Oriflame's Global Business Leadership Program is a unique 18-month long trainee program aimed at developing management talents within our regional sales organizations. Our participants are given a tailor-made program and hands-on experience in our fast paced developing markets. This is a fantastic opportunity to see and explore the world through business while gaining multicultural agility and life experience.
Are you the one? We're looking for exceptional talents at the beginning of their careers who are interested in high-level career opportunities in one of our developing markets. If you are successful, you will become a country manager in an Oriflame market shortly after completion of the GBL program.

Successful candidates will be placed in one of the 60 markets where Oriflame is located. Relocation to different markets within the assigned region may occur during the program.
What we are looking for?
• High achievers with an academic degree
• 1-4 years' professional post-graduate experience
• International experience and a global perspective
• Proven leadership skills
• Available for international relocation and travel
• Ability to influence and motivate others with own positive energy
• Passion, drive and a can-do spirit
• Open, adaptable and flexible for new cultures
• An open mind and approach in line with the entrepreneurial and creative culture of Oriflame
• Fluency in English and at least one additional language, preferably Spanish, Russian, Chinese, Arabic or Bahasa
