Mölnlycke is looking for a Global Business Intelligence & Insights Manager within Wound Care Global Marketing.

You'll also need to be a strong communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to influence decision makers at different levels and the capability to distill information into key insights and implications.
About the job...
In this position you'll lead the business intelligence group to provide insights on macro, market and competitor trends to enhance BA decision making.
You'll lead the marketing strategic assessments for all future WC technology or company acquisitions and you'll lead the customer insight & market research activities providing accessible data to stakeholders across the business to enhance customer needs understanding.
Within primary focus areas this role has the following key accountabilities:
Identify opportunities, framing and validating strategic options, delivering insights and recommendations and by building cumulative knowledge
Lead the monitoring the strategic competitor landscape and provide business intelligence outputs to the wound care team.
Provide leadership and input in development & implementation of new strategic segments in Wound Care
Monitor, analyse and disseminate insights from competitor financial updates according to publishing dates
Liaise with the corporate intelligence function to ensure consistency in data, insights and implications throughout the organisation
Produce market & competitive insights in quarterly business reports
Oversee marketing strategic assessments for future WC technology or company acquisitions in close co-operation with PJA leads and business development teams.
Provide governance to innovation projects to ensure the right product and commercial research questions are asked and research plans are developed.
Create value through primary and secondary market research initiatives, contribute to successful business decisions and strategies, create/identify competitive advantages and help the marketing teams achieve annual goals.
Ensure selection of appropriate research methodology and supporting techniques to meet defined business objectives. Pilot activities with research agencies and manage third part relationships when needed.
Run a customer satisfaction survey including NPS, derive implications from this and follow up on actions with the relevant functions
Run bi-annual marketing insight and competitor forums with the regions.
Prefered background
Degree in business, MS / MA required
Experience of qualitative and quantitative research techniques in a global organisation required. Advanced analytical methodologies and statistical techniques preferred.
Track record of delivering insights that lead to winning products, business strategies or significant in market success
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously is required.
Experience from working in medical device, health care industry is an advantage
You'll need to be flexible due to high workload periodically such as key launches and also there's some international travel required.
