Description
Are you a driven, analytical, process oriented professional with excellent communication skills?
Supply Chain Packaging Materials Organisation is looking for a professional who will work in a high-speed international network and environment. You will enter into a Global Integrated Logistics team and work closely with all Clusters, ensuring alignment and execution of Logistics process, projects and KPIs.
This position will be based in Lund, Sweden.
Main responsibilities
• Support development and execution of Global Logistics strategy and projects to grow Integrated Logistics for Packaging and Additional Materials into a world class function.
• Drive improvement of Integrated Logistics process and tools, monitor performance and manage deployment and analysis of global KPI's, develop action plans to achieve targets.
• Participate in the global Logistics network: WCM, Process and Functional. Ensure alignment across Clusters on the key strategic initiatives in logistics area.
• Support competence development of Integrated Logistics organisation in Clusters
Qualifications
You have a university background and proven experience in Transport Logistics and Warehousing fields.
You have a strong drive for results and process excellence with hands on experience of executing changes in a global Environment. You have good knowledge of WCM/TPM methodology and tools.
You are interpersonal savvy and use your excellent communication skills to manage relations with multiple stakeholders in a co-operative, diplomatic and successful manner.
To be successful in this position you need to be self-motivated, open minded and flexible with an analytical mindset.
