We are now looking for a Global Business Controller to our global customer within the automotive industry for a highly meritorious consulting assignment. The assignment will start 2016-09-01 and go on until 2017-09-01 with great opportunities to extension. Selection and interviews are held continuously so please apply today!
Publiceringsdatum2016-08-17Dina arbetsuppgifter• A part of the global engineering department's management team and to be the Business Control partner, ensuring reporting and forecasting of cost spend in engineering departments, within the timing and accuracy required.
• Providing direction, proactive planning and securing quality controlling of the global department
• Proactively drive implementation of best practice and continuous improvement of the finance related processes and tools to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the controlling.
• Drive and lead the financial reviews with the VP and the local sites performance within the global engineering department
• Proactive understanding of financial risk in the project portfolio for the department. Active support analysis of the global department project portfolio and its balance of Capacity & work load, in house resources and external work packages.
• Responsible for the overall investment process and related activities for Vehicle Engineering, driving the plan and quarterly reviews of investment requests
• Other Business Control related activities, tasks and projects
Utbildning/erfarenhet
• Master of Business Administration or similar education,
• At least a couple of years' experience and professional achievements in a controlling position,
• Having experience in cost controlling, within R&D, is considered an advantage.
• Excellent Business Control knowledge, proficiency in developing budgets and forecasts,
• High autonomy, rigorous & structured-minded,
• Being open minded and secure usage of new input and best practice.
• Secure quality and timely deliveries, by driving work forward, both individually and in teams.
• Professionalism, commitment and a drive to improve. Follow through with commitments.
• Excellent relationship skills, good communicator, customer focus and business-minded.
