Dfind Finance söker nu en Global Business Controller för ett spännande uppdrag hos en av våra större kunder inom fordonsindustrin. Uppdraget beräknas starta omgående och pågå fram till sommaren, med goda möjligheter till förlängning.

The Controlling & Strategy organization is an important function to secure long term profitability within the division. The Global Business Controller is important to secure that the financial targets will be met in two departments.
The Global Business Controller will be direct reporting to the Head of the global Controlling. In this role you will be responsible for the overall global controlling of two global departments within the division.

You will be a part of the specific department management teams, performance review meetings and ensure good controlling in the organization. Responsibilities include business performance analysis and follow-up, financial planning and investments. An important task is to continually inspire, challenge, and develop departments with efficient and effective controlling focus. You will work tightly with the local site Controllers and ensure alignment and guidance for controlling activities. You will be part of a competent team of controllers located in different parts of the world. You will be ensuring that the Group Financial policies and processes are adhered to.

Main role & responsibilities:

A part of the global department management team and to be the Business Control partner, ensuring reporting and forecasting within the timing and accuracy required.

Providing direction, proactive planning and securing quality controlling of the global departments

Proactively drive implementation of best practice and continuous improvement of the finance related processes and tools to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the controlling.

Drive and lead the financial reviews with the departments and the local sites performance within the global department

Proactive understanding of financial risk in the project portfolio for the global department. Active analysis of the global department project portfolio and its balance of Capacity & work load for the global department, in house resources and external work packages.

Kvalifikationer
Master of Business Administration or similar education,

5-10 years of experience and professional achievements in a controlling position,

Excellent Business Control knowledge, proficiency in developing budgets and forecasts,

High autonomy, rigorous & structured-minded,

Professionalism, commitment and a drive to improve.

Excellent relationship skills, good communicator, customer focus and business-minded

Fluent in written and spoken English and Swedish

Proficiency with financial system SAP/R3, BW, WISE and MS Office applications (strong Excel knowledge)
