Are you passionate about driving financial strategies for sustainable electrification in the mining and infrastructure industries? We are seeking a dedicated Global Business Controller to join our electrification organization leadership team. As the second-in-command to the EES Vice President, you will play a key role in developing and implementing transformative business plans to contribute to a more sustainable future.

Your mission
As Global Business Controller for Electrification, your mandate is comprehensive and impactful. Leading a dynamic global team of controllers, you are entrusted with driving financial performance in strict adherence to Epiroc policies. Collaborating strategically with the EES Vice President and EES leadership team, you play a vital role in navigating complex elements, including risk assessment, contracting, pricing, business ventures, customer profitability, and cost control. Ensuring global alignment is not just a directive but a commitment as you orchestrate market, customer, and project analyses to inform key business decisions.
The key responsibilities of the Global Business Controller include, but are not limited to:
* Develop and lead a global team of controllers driving financial performance in alignment with Epiroc policies and procedures.
* Lead reporting, forecasting and planning process, including distribution of appropriate financial targets for profitable growth of the various business segments and proactive analysis of the financial statements for opportunities to increase income.
* Strategically partner with EES Vice President and leadership team to drive profitable growth through analysis, influencing and action on risk assessment, contracting, pricing, business ventures, customer profitability and cost control.
* Ensure global alignment across functional organizations to achieve business commitments.
* Perform market, customer and projects analysis to proactively identify both new opportunities and potential risks to future business performance.
* Define, develop and drive process improvements to strengthen financial forecast quality and reliability, improve information provided to leadership for business decisions.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders in Product Centers, Customer Centers and other divisions to facilitate effective communication and alignment of financial goals.

Your profile
Experience prerequisites:
* At least 10 years in finance or accounting, with a proven track record of progressively responsible roles.
* Strong leadership, management, and strategic planning skills.
* Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A): Extensive experience in leading financial planning and analysis activities.
* Stakeholder Relationship Management: Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
* Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, financial processes and reporting.
* Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
* Effective communication and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Excels at multi-tasking, organization, and time management.
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken, additional languages are a plus.

Educational prerequisites:
* University degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, or a related major.
* Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) and Chartered Financial Analysts (CFAs) are preferred.

Location and travel
Location of this position is Stockholm, Sweden, however for the right candidate localization in any Epiroc office within the European time zone may be discussed. Travel up to 20%.
