Your mission
As Business Controller, you're responsible for financial reporting and consolidation, and your main tasks include prognosis, analysis, reviews and financial follow-up. You work in close collaboration with colleagues within the finance function, where you and the team contribute with ongoing reconciliation with internal partners regarding reports and analyses. Your team support managers with financial information connected to the decision making process, and you guide and challenge the organization in these matters. We strive to find new, digital ways of working to ensure more effective, on-point processes that secures quality and an automated work flow.
In this role, you're also an important financial partner to our global sales organization.
Your profile
We're looking for someone with an academic degree within Economics, a few years' work experience as a Business Controller and good knowledge of closing processes and reporting within a global organization. You're a skilled user of Excel, and experience from other systems - such as SAP BPC, QlikView and Power BI - is an advantage. Since we act both locally and on a global stage, you're fluent in written and verbal English and Swedish.
Your personality is just as important to us - you have a humble and positive approach, high integrity and are self-motivated. Building and maintaining relationships and collaborations based on trust and communication comes easy for you, and you present numbers in a way that's comprehensive for everyone involved. You know when to challenge the organization to reach a good outcome, and with your analytic and meticulous ways, you handle and compile large amounts of data; translating them into clear facts, even under pressure.
