Höganäs, situated in Skåne County, Sweden, has been the seat of Höganäs Municipality since 1971. The town, known for its industrial history, particularly in ceramics and metallurgy, is nestled on the Öresund Strait's western shore. Höganäs Municipality includes the scenic Kullaberg peninsula, attracting nature enthusiasts with its coastal views and outdoor activities. The town has evolved, blending its historical roots with modern amenities. Höganäs is recognized for Höganäs AB, a key player in powdered metals production, being the first producer of green metal powder. Responsibilities
The position is based in Höganäs and you will be in the office around three days per week
You are a part of BPD (Business Process Development) which consists of 13 specialists with different areas of responsibility.
You will be responsible for developing Höganäs' global processes linked to the Group's business system (M3) for order and logistics, and you will be involved in our journey to the cloud solution of M3.
You contribute to project and management activities by developing and implementing solutions in accordance with our guidelines and standards.
You will have close contact with users at all levels in the organization, and you will work closely with the finance, purchasing, production, planning, maintenance and quality functions

Qualifications
You have a minimum of two years' experience of working with the ERP system M3 development
Relevant Bachelor or Master of Science degree or equivalent working experience
Fluent in English and understand Swedish
You have experience and the ability to translate technical requirements to "non-technical colleagues"
Experience of working in the latest version of M3 is of value
Experience of working with other ERP systems such as SAP or MS Dynamics is of value
You are used to manage change and have the ability to understand the implications of the change and communicate with stakeholders to secure progress and alignment
You have the ability to independently analyze and approach challenges from a holistic perspective
You have a good ability to work as part of a team, and you can perceive and understand the different needs within the organization and pursue these further in order to complete the required tasks
As a person you need to be analytic, adaptable and with the ability to take own initiatives
