Oriflame is now looking for a Global Junior Brand Manager Personal and Hair Care to further strengthen our team.
Your responsibilities
• Create new brand concepts/products
• Take active part in brand/segment strategy
• Build strong category and segment knowledge
• Financial follow-up on concepts and launch productivity
• Manage simultaneous projects in accordance with new product development process
• Follow up on market development and consumer insight
• Develop exciting, full-scale launch support material for key product launches in close collaboration with Brand and Communications department
What we are looking for
• Have a university degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Have a minimum 3 years? working experience, preferably from an international environment
• Have experience in concept/product development
• Be creative team player with stellar analytical skills
• Have experience in cosmetics and direct selling industry
• Be organized, and have exceptional project management skills
• Be fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is appreciated
