Oriflame is now looking for a Global Brand Manager Personal and Hair Care to further strengthen our team.
Your responsibilities
Create new brand concepts/products
Take active part in brand/segment strategy
Build strong category and segment knowledge
Financial follow-up on concepts and launch productivity
Manage simultaneous projects in accordance with new product development process
Follow up on market development and consumer insight
Develop exciting, full-scale launch support material for key product launches in close collaboration with Brand and Communications department
What we are looking for
Have a university degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Have a minimum 3 years? working experience, preferably from an international environment
Have experience in concept/product development
Be creative team player with stellar analytical skills
Have experience in cosmetics and direct selling industry
Be organized, and have exceptional project management skills
Be fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is appreciated
