hela Sverige Galderma?s Aesthetic Portfolio continues to grow globally and we are therefore looking for a Global Brand Manager. The position is an open-ended employment, full-time and located in Uppsala.
You will report to the Global Head of Filler Marketing for the Aesthetics & Corrective (A&C) unit, who is located in Uppsala (Sweden). The position requires about 25 % of global travel.
About the job
As a member of the team you will together with the Global Marketing Head, lead the development and implementation of the global marketing/business plan for the brand (s) including developing campaigns, identify market research needs, positioning, key messages, branding, congresses and phase IV studies, scientific and lay media communication in collaboration with research, development and affiliates.
Responsibilities will include:
• Collaborate with market companies and regions with respect to product key messages and global product branding instructions.
• Be the global product representative and expert towards our affiliates, distributors and other relevant partners.
• Be responsible for new product launches and line extensions, including launch teams consisting of members from all relevant functions as well as monitoring and follow-up of new launches (together with market research team).
• Develop, monitor and evaluate sales promotion materials in collaboration with internal stake holders as medical affairs, R&D, regulatory, local marketing affiliates and commercial operations.
• Responsible for product presentations for both internal and external use.
• Work with local affiliates and supply chain to manage product supply forecasts together with the Global Marketing Head and Marketing Director, evaluate product portfolio including identifying new product ideas, line extensions and new product areas.
• Represent product brand in developing core teams and product maintenance/life cycle management.
• Establish and maintain network within the global Aesthetics & Corrective organization to facilitate business execution.
• Develop and maintain contacts with key KOLs, influencers and other stakeholders in the business.
About you
• You have a relevant Bachelor or Masters degree in business and or science.
• Solid international experience (minimum 10 years) in marketing and/or commercial areas and/or product development (ideally in more than one function) in global pharmaceutical/ or medical device industry.
• Is a team player, able to influence and work in a functional team as well as a matrix organization.
• Is a good communicator, builds networks and can leverage resources from different areas to work together towards overall objectives through strong thought leadership.
• Is analytical and can see the big picture.
• Is consumer-centric with experience with OTC/DTC marketing and medical education.
• Is a self-starter, result-driven and has the ability to structure work and manage multiple requests while maintaining timelines.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and the natural ability to motivate and positively influence others.
• Have good presentations skills.
• Posse?s excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
