* Build consumer & customer insights & propose market research
• Use global segmentation & positioning to identify gaps vs competition
• Discover, develop and evaluate new territories / new concepts that enables a balanced flow of activities entering the Q8 launch plan
• Recommend product & solution innovations that build on key brand features & design to GBD and validate with key marketing communities
• Propose innovation project organization & resources to the GBD
• Develop solution, claims, pack design and price positioning
• Develop communication theme, creative execution and media mix with the markets

Overview

As a part of our Incontinence Category organization within the Global Hygiene Category, we are searching for a Global Brand Innovation Manager.
Working together in a team with skilled Technical and Brand Innovation experts in a unique marketing/ technical partnership, you will take prioritized concepts through all stages of innovation, from concept to launch (which will be executed by the regional teams) and also participate in the development of communications packages. Cooperating closely with lead markets, CRU, R&D and others, you will participate in ensuring a long term innovation plan for the area that will drive company sales growth and support the reaching of overall SCA targets.
The Incontinence Category organization is part of the Global Hygiene Category which leads Essity 's hygiene brand portfolio and delivers brand development and innovation for our three business areas, Incontinence Care, Consumer Goods and Professional Hygiene.
You will be part of one of the Innovation Teams reporting to the Global Brand Director.

Key Competencies

• Good network of stakeholders and strong understanding of requirements for Medical Devices
• Business expertise- Is knowledgeable about the innovation area
• Ability to sell ideas well and find the right stakeholders
• Strong skills in project management

Education and Experience

• 2-5 years' experience in brand and commercial marketing
• International experience and exposure
• Proven skills in brand development & track record of innovation development & delivery
• Ideally worked in both operating businesses as well as mkt HQ
• Target oriented and Self motivated with ability to work autonomously
