Overview
SCA Global Hygiene Category is currently searching for a Global Brand Innovation Director - iTeam Folded Hand towels. The Global Hygiene Category leads SCA's hygiene brand portfolio and delivers brand development and innovation for our three business areas, Incontinence Care, Consumer Goods and Professional Hygiene.
The Global Innovation team is responsible for folded handtowels and through cooperating closely with many stakeholders they develop and deliver innovative solutions to better meet the needs of customers in Washrooms all over the world.
This position will work in a marketing/ technical partnership to take prioritized concepts through all stages of the innovation funnel from concept to launch.

The position will report to the Global Brand (Arena) Director and will be based in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Main Tasks
Collaborate with the Global Brand (Arena) Director to contribute to the development of an assortment vision and ambition and strategy
Build consumer and customer insights and propose market research
Use global segmentation and positioning to identify gaps vs. competition
Discover, develop and evaluate new territories / new concepts that enables a balanced flow of activities entering the launch plan
Support the Global Brand (Arena) Director in recommending product & solution innovations that build on key brand features & design and validate with key marketing communities
Support Business Unit growth and monitor cost saving initiatives versus innovation
Propose innovation project organization & resources
Develop assortment, claims, pack design and price positioning
Develop communication theme, creative execution and media mix with lead markets

Key Competencies
Minimum Bachelor's degree required
Eight (8)+ years' experience in brand development and commercial marketing required
Experience in personal hygiene goods industry preferred, but not required
Proven skills in innovation development and delivery in a global environment
Proven skills in project management
Ideally worked in both operating businesses as well as marketing headquarters
Experience in running multi-functions teams effectively

To be succesful in this role you need to have a can-do attitude and be excellent in collaboration and influencing in a matrix organization. Strong networking and interpersonal skills; diplomacy and persuasion with a positive attitude. You need to have the ability to drive, deliver and focus.

Additional Information
You need to have the ability to travel, 25% to domestic/international location.
