About the role
For our business unit Health and Medical Solutions we are now looking for a Global Brand Communication Manager. In the position as Global Brand Communication Manager you lead, inspire, and develop the growing Global JOBST Communication team of five people. Furthermore, you are responsible for driving penetration growth of the high visibility JOBST brand across all markets as well as developing the global brand and go to market strategy. You cooperate closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders in Europe and US, such as product management, medical affairs, lead markets and external agencies.
The position is a permanent full-time role and can be based in Gothenburg or Hamburg. You report to the Global Marketing Communication Director Medical located in Gothenburg.
What You Will Do
Lead and develop the team
Refine the global brand strategy and drive JOBST penetration growth for the local markets
Develop the global master communication toolboxes consisting of offline and online assets targeting to our B2B and growing B2C target groups as well as the development of impactful digital assets to be used by our sales force
Develop the digital assets to be used by our sales force to support the blended selling approach
Manage external agencies and guide the team on writing compelling briefings
Proactively get input from and align with product management, medical affairs, and lead markets
Who You Are
University Degree or equivalent Education within Marketing
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience within Brand Management and/or Digital Marketing
Experience in briefing and leading agencies
Leadership experience when managing team or a project
Behavioral marketing expertise is an advantage
Experience within compression therapy or another health care related area is an advantage
Fluent in English
