To support our future growth ambitions, we are looking for:
Global B2B Sales and Commercial Excellence Manager
Position will support our global excellence transformation journey. In the role you can expect a steep learning curve with interesting and challenging projects with a lot of responsibility. Essential responsibility:
In this role, you will be part of the Global B2B Sales and Commercial Excellence organization and lead successful establishment of sales and commercial best practices and new ways of working in our Global B2B transformation. You will play a pivotal part in defining and rolling out new global ways of sales excellence with the aim to maximize our sales efforts across our customer touchpoints and leverage best practice. Essential to the role it is key to establish assessments for excellence improvements and translate this into concrete and workable practice solutions that effectively enables growth. Part of the role is to ensure our SalesForce CRM solution continues to be a strong enabler for growth. In your role you will play a critical part for bringing in insights and set specifications for development of our CRM solution to strengthen our customer centric processes and digitization of our sales funnel.
The role is also expected to support the global Sales and Commercial Excellence agenda as sparring partner with our Business Units with hand-on expertise and analytical knowledge. As well the role will work closely with Business Process Owners, Product Managers and technical CRM architects to assure alignment to our B2B strategy and sales ambition with detailing processes and practical solution to assure we deliver on our ambition.
Concretely the role will be responsible for:
Leading the global sales and commercial excellence agenda with analysis and documentation of best practice in terms of processes and practices in the Business Units as new way of working developed as part of the transformation process.
Analyzing and identifying gaps in our global sales and commercial excellence in terms of how we sell and that our customers truly understand the value of our 'Total Cost of Mobility' value proposition.
Leading initiatives assuring our CRM solutions and sales tools are fully aligned to our sales excellence vision.
Co-leading our CRM road map initiatives from a commercial perspective together with critical stakeholders as CRM solution architects and technical support functions.
Developing and improving use of our commercial and sales enablement toolbox that consists of, but not limited to, Segmentation plan and offering, Total cost of mobility tool and presentation, etc.
Assisting our Business Unit sales teams with ongoing sales process and customer engagement sparring.
Supporting the Business Process Owners and Product Managers to align and document processes in greater practical details; incl. Value Stream Mapping workshops assuring alignment to our One Operating Model and Way of Working.
Identifying, analyzing and defining new digital solutions & systems that is required to lead our sales process transformation into an even more impactful digital engagement with our customers.

Required qualifications:
The right candidate enjoys and thrives in an international sales environment and will be able analyze, identify and drive improvements around sales best practice.
From your previous experience you possess B2B commercial, sales and service understanding and successfully supported conceptualize strategic perspectives and strives to support higher sales efficiencies in a multi-national business. (4-6 years of experience).
You come from a similar role and have proven work experience from a Sales/Commercial Excellence role and/or experience from a Management Consulting firm with demonstrated ability to lead and implement Sales Excellence projects.
Strong problem-solving skills & track record of delivering excellent results within tight timelines.
Proven excellent communication and co-operation skills as well high proficiency in use of PowerPoint and Excel.
You hold bachelor's degree (or higher) in business administration.
