What you'll do
We are looking for a hands-on creative mastermind with deep roots in the digital sphere who has the experience to conduct the entire orchestra of visual components and at the same time love the actual craft of creating them. You will help us create a sustainable structure to deliver cohesive attractive creative assets that clearly position us in our markets as a leader in our field and that break through the clutter and reach our customers with real impact.
Rooted in our brand guidelines and creative concepts, you will lead our aesthetic expression and be responsible for the overall quality of work produced by our small but growing creative department. The responsibility also includes leading external creative agencies with the goal of creating world-class creative assets when necessary.
You will report directly to the Global Head of Brand Communication Max Lundén (
https://www.linkedin.com/in/maxlunden/), whom you will collaborate with to build a modern and vibrant world-class brand. Our ambitions are solid, but we lack a lot of processes in the creative marketing asset development that you will be a key person in creating in collaboration with the Global Marketing Team.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Manage the creative process from concept to completion with clear deadlines
• Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met according to various guidelines and target audience
• Be a role model, lead and delegate responsibilities to other internal designers and provide directions
• Collaborate with external creative agencies when needed
• Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the copywriter
• Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas
• Motion and still image production
• Graphic and 3D design
Who are you?
We believe you have reached seniority through experience as Art Director and from creative roles, preferably within both agency and company, which has enabled your ability to see the bigger picture. Besides this, we'll fine comb your CV for things like:
• Hands on visual identity work including logo, typography, color, web layout, print production, image selection and package design
• Demonstrable motion- and still graphic design skills to build creative content for campaigns skewed towards digital medium
• Comfortable with UX / UI design and experience from building interactive customer experiences
• Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and/or other visual design and wire-framing tools
• Team player with strong communication and presentation skills who continuously incorporates feedback and take/give direction well
• Relevant education or training
Right now, we are in the middle of our scale-up phase with a strong growth forecast ahead of us.
