About us:
Notisum offers modern internet subscription services (SaaS) with great flexibility that keeps our customers automatically updated on the legislation, primarily aimed at ISO 14001-, 45001-, and ISO 9001-certified organizations. The system includes updating legislation, notification of changes in legislation, summaries of changes, and much more.
Almost 2000 companies and 20,000 users have selected Notisum to monitor their EHS legislation, law changes and to perform legal compliance checks.
Notisum has offices in Stockholm, Copenhagen, and Malmö and is part of Karnov Group AB, a listed group that works with legal knowledge sharing.
The role:
Until now, it has primarily been Scandinavian companies that have been our customers, but we have now launched a new global product - SHEQAPP (www.sheqapp.com)
The position is newly created, and your responsibility is to build the global market. This includes ensuring that SHEQAPP becomes a well-known and respected business partner for its customers.
In your daily work, you have contact with new and existing customers. You take a holistic approach to the sales process, from exploration to offer, closing the deal, and follow-up. The tasks vary from developing custom solutions for large customers to helping customers with more straightforward user issues.
You work structured and self-driven with your drive. To succeed, you must enjoy dealing with different kinds of clients and prospects and be flexible in managing them. Your interest in doing good business with satisfied customers is the basis of your daily work!
You have a flexible workplace where you can work at home, preferably somewhere in Europe or at one of our offices in Copenhagen or Malmö.
As a new Account Manager, you will initially spend time with the team in Malmö to gain insight and understanding of Notisum's business, model, and products in the first period.
You will have end-to-end responsibility for the process - this includes, among other things:
Mapping and prioritization of the global legal EHS market.
Make agreements with customers about meetings and trial periods.
Carry out the sales process. From marketing to lead, prospect, and finally closing the deal.
Implement and teach customers how to use the products themselves.
Collaborating with the Swedish organization, developing the product, and creating success together.
You are likely to have the following background and qualifications to be successful in the position:
We are looking for a person with sales experience and commercial knowledge, preferably from a scale-up or SaaS business.
A technical understanding, an interest in digitalization, and solid computer skills are required to understand and effectively use our tools.
You are fluent (proficient) in English and one of the Scandinavian languages.
Knowledge and experience within the environment, working environment, and safety and/or basic knowledge of EHS legislation is merit.
Your education is not decisive, as experience and personality are the most important factors.

Success criteria (3-6 months)
You have started building a database of potential customers.
Have a dialogue with potential customers and book the first meetings.
