Do you want to play a key role in Axis expanding organization? Then you could be the one we are looking for! The team Global Partners Business Development is part of Axis Global Sales organization focusing on developing existing partners and finding new business opportunities for Axis from a global perspective. This team is now looking for a new colleague to support and develop the relationship with our Global accounts and to support our regions in developing business.

WHAT WILL YOU DO? As Global Account Manager you are the ambassador for Axis core values and strategic direction. You are driving the development and execution of the accounts and that they are in line with Axis strategic direction. You will work closely with our sales regions both when it comes to support and guiding in business related areas.

Develop and execute the focus plan for the accounts that you are responsible for Work closely with Axis sales regions with the execution and delivery of the focus plans Develop new global partners


WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We are looking for an experienced and driven team player with extensive experience from international sales. You have worked several years with Business Development in a global context. It is also important that you have the ability to work both with different regions and cross functionally within a matrix organization. We also see that you have a University degree from Business, legal, engineering or other relevant area.

In order to thrive in the position, we believe you are passionate about sales, business development and communication, proactive and independent in thought and actions and able to influence people. It is highly important that you are a bearer of our company culture and able to communicate complex business issues clearly and strongly and fit these to our partners strategic direction. A strong cultural awareness in order to effectively drive and support the nine sales regions is also of great importance. Fluency in written and spoken English is required, Spanish is a plus.

Understanding of complex business models and business set ups Service understanding Good understanding of technical products (hardware and software) and services
