Do you have experience in accounting within a big company? Are you also an accurate and efficient person who speak both Swedish and English fluently? Then we are looking for you to join our Finance team in Ljungby. This position will include tasks concerning general accounting, monthly closing and also development and improvement of accounting processes. This is a permanent 100% position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The main duties and responsibilities are:
• Daily reconciliation of the pre-systems and general ledger
• General accounting
• Various reconciliations of accounts both in balance sheet and in profit & loss
• Monthly closing process and monthly reporting
• Various tax reporting on regular basis
• Maintenance of accounting structure
• Involving in the internal control system, ECS
• Development and improvement of accounting processes
• Other tasks in a finance department
• Degree in Business Economics/MBA or equivalent
• At least five years of experience in accounting and financial work
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, mainly Excel
• Knowledge of JD Edwards and AARO is preferable
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
• Working in an accuracy, structured and efficient way for being able to handle a larger flow of transactions
• Social skills and service minded for being able to handle both internal and external contacts
• Flexible in your approach to work and enjoy working in both an individual role as in a team
• Analytical and ability to identify economic relationship to get a deeper understanding of the accounting
• Driven, ability to solve problems and adaptable as we act in a changing environment and in many IT-environment
• Reliable and self-confident person to be able to support in developing and improving the processes
• Business sense, understand key business issues and drivers to be able to support in various tasks
REQUIRED LANGUAGES
• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish
• Fluent in spoken and written English
