About this opportunity
Welcome to the Mature TM Requirements team. We are the team responsible for delivering new controls to the Transaction Monitoring area. We add value by defining requirements and developing new controls for Transaction Monitoring in Nordea. As the GFCP Senior Expert, you'll play a valuable role in defining new transaction monitoring control requirements to create "best in class" TM controls and lay the foundations for the future. Your role is specifically focused on interpreting and analysing quantative data.
What you'll be doing:
Assessing and defining new control requirements based on business and regulatory requirements
Working with the team and stakeholders to understand the business requirements
Interpreting, analysing and presenting complex data
Coordinating and leading the data analysis of new control requirements
Collaborating with a wide set of stakeholders within GFCP but also across Nordea
You'll join a diverse team in an dynamic environment in financial crime where you can play a large role in shaping the future. The role is based in Warszawa; Helsinki; Stockholm.

Your experience and background:
2+ years of relevant work experience within financial crime
Previous experience withing big data (Hadoop/Python) and/or statistical modelling
University degree or equivalent in business, economics, finance, data science or technology
Strong writing and presentation skills, specifically in presenting quantitative analysis
Excellent skills in English, both written and spoken
