Getinge Group is in an exciting and intensive period of change and we are now strengthening our Master Data team at our site outside Halmstad, with a communicative and analytical Master Data Assistant.The position gives you the opportunity to work in a large international organization where you will be part of a successful and growing group with a strong team spirit. You will interface with a wide variety of stakeholders all around the world.
The Position
The purpose of this position is to maintain business systems data in our ERP-systems, in order to support new item introduction as well as maintenance of existing item related data. You will also be responsible for following up on the process of liaising with the business to obtain information via a structured procedure and ensuring this is entered into the systems accurately and timely.
Main responsibilities and tasks will be:
• Liaising with our internal stakeholders across the group. Ensuring new item data is accurately entered into the relevant ERP systems (M3 and SAP) following group procedures, within agreed SLA framework.
• Perform general cleansing actions within our ERP-systems upon request.
• Help ensuring data integrity by policing and regularly checking any updates that have been made in the ERP-systems.
• Preparation and execution of mass data upload.
• Coordinating the day to day requests on our Issue Management System and Item Data Mailbox.
• Support Manager Data Operations on project issues from project initiation to post production and provide support on financial and operational requests.
• Escalating issues on Item data and pricing in a structured manner targeting the appropriate functions.
• Liaising with the local stakeholders to ensure new prices and promotions are implemented and updated as per agreement with the product managers.
The position is based at our site in Getinge outside Halmstad and you will report to the the Manager of Master Data Operations, Björn Fölster. You will interface with the different sales and service units, central warehouse planning and procurement personnel, design centres and finance departments.
The Ideal Candidate
You have a couple of years of experience within ERP system data management or you have a degree within ERP system management. You have strong proficiency in MS Office packages especially Excel and Word. Experience from SAP and/or M3 is beneficial, but not a requirement. Further, you are fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
As a person you are a well-organized and communicative team-player who drives results and works independently. You have a solution-oriented mindset with an ability to prioritize. Being able to communicate efficiently with different stakeholders in a professional and diplomatic manner, is important in order to succeed in this role. An ability to work in a changing environment is also a key factor for this position.
