We are Ticmate, a small but fast growing company selling tickets online to international events.
We have offices in Stockholm, Copenhagen and Barcelona and has been profitable since the 14th day in business!

Ticmate is a company with a senior behaviour (longterm) in a young market and it's important

At this very moment, Ticmate has 188 sites in 18 languages and we keep launching up to 6 new sites every month.
As part of our Helpdesk you will mainly take care of our germanspeaking costumers using e-mail and telephone. It is very important that you are serviceminded, resultoriented and get your tasks done before deadline.
You have to be fluent in german, written and spoken. You have to be able to work 15-20 hours a week where part of the hours probably are fixed and the rest of the time disposed as you wish.
You must enjoy talking to people on the phone and easily communicate in written through e-mail.
You need to be familiar with how to use a PC/MAC and be able to work professionally and independently in Microsoft Office and it's important that you also are able to cooperate with others.
