Work duties
We are looking for an engaged coworker to our customer support department at King, working with fraud inquiries and payout administration of winnings to customers. The work is mainly by email, but on occasion also by phone. We are looking for a coworker able to handle German and English language fluently, and it is on the credit side if you also speak Swedish. You have a great power of initiative, being self-going and flexible. You are able to rank in order of priority and have good adaptability. It is of the outermost importance that you have a great interest for the assignment and that you are engaged for the role and works well with the team. You are a service oriented person who always priorities the costumer. To solve problems in a responsible and professional way is something that comes natural to you. Qualifications
• German and English fluently, spoken and written
• Experience from a service occupation and advanced customer support
