BookBeat continues to expand into more European markets and in the next few years their goal is to grow and become one of the leading audiobook services in Europe. To succeed in this goal, they are now building the best and most curious team on the market.

Now BookBeat needs its next financial assistant who will work mainly towards the German market, but also other markets where BookBeat is established. You will work from their office in Stockholm. Today, there are 9 people working in team finance where everyone has room to develop and drive the organization forward.

The need is long-term and the passes are scheduled during weekdays. The role is flexible and there is the possibility to work both from home and in the office. In addition, there is the opportunity to work more during Christmas and summer holidays.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Your tasks will mainly consist of working with the accounts payable and receiving invoices in the NetSuite system, checking and posting them. You will also book the bank and keep track of payments in the same finance flow.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
• Student in economics (at least 1 year left in your studies)
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written because you will use both languages in you everyday work
• Previous experience with the work tasks

It is advantageous if you:

• Has worked with financial systems such as Netsuite
• Can speak and write in Swedish
• Understands/knows Polish

As a person, you are a "doer" and are curious to learn new things. You are meticulous, structured and proactive.

The recruitment process is handled by Academic Work and the customer's wishes are that all questions regarding the service be handled by Academic Work.

We go through the selection on an ongoing basis and the advertisement can be closed before the position is filled if we have moved on to the selection and interview phase.
