Multimind is now looking for a German-speaking Debt Colletion Agent for a successful IT-company within e-commerce. Our customer provides secure and simple payment solutions and is currently in a phase of expansive growth. For the right candidate there are good opportunities for development within the company and to influence your role. This role is a recruitment which means that you will be employed directly with the customer.
The task:
As a debt collection agent your mission is to find the best possible solutions for customers to pay their debts. You will be answering customer questions over phone, e-mail and other communication channels. Furthermore you will be in contact with authorities, lawyers and e-stores to solve each case in the best and most efficent way. As the role includes close contact with the customer service department, your activities also include some common customer service tasks.
Your profile:
We are looking for someone who is comfortable to work independently, who is results oriented and excellent at problem solving. You are confident in your communication with external parties, and as you will be part of a close-knit team of agents, we also see that you are communicative and social.
Your background:
We would like for you to have some experience in customer service or similar roles previously. Great emphaisis is put on personal traits, but fluency in German and English is a requirement. Deep understanding for the German culture is also advantegous.
