Your Role:
Billerud are passionately committed to their customers and their business every day. As a Customer Service Specialist / Indoor Sales Coordinator, you will play a main role in ensuring excellent customer service on a professional level. From managing customer orders to overseeing the order-to-cash process, you will be an integral part of our Customer Service team at Billerud' s head office in Solna, Stockholm.
Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end customer service, from order placement to delivery and invoicing.
Ensure the smooth flow of the order process during the summer months.
Coordinate inventory planning and domestic delivery from external terminals.
Handle claims, export documents, and goods inspections to support customer import processes.

Profile
Minimum 1 year work experience in a customer-related position
Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written
Good knowledge in working within different IT-systems
Bachelor's degree of Science/Business Administration is a merit
Experience of supply chain or/and logistics is a merit

Personal qualities
To thrive in this position, you have a strong drive to evolve within the area of customer service in combination of supply chain and logistics. You're motivated by learning new things meanwhile taking initiative to develop both yourself and the department further.
