Publiceringsdatum2012-06-21Om företagetOur client, a market leader within IT infrastructure, currently has a vacancy for a German and English speaking Technical Consultant. As a Consultant you will work in one of their client's service desk in the city of Lund.
Dina arbetsuppgifterYou will be working with technical support concerning German and English speaking user's computer problems using telephone, e-mail and remote control software.
Kvalifikationer• You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
• It is not necessary that you have prior experience in the field but you need to have thorough knowledge in desktop and laptop computers, Windows XP/Windows 7,
MS Office Suite, Outlook, printers and peripherals.
• It is a distinct advantage if you have basic knowledge in Active Directory, software and network.
• Additional languages, such as in Swedish, will be an advantage.
The work requires that you are flexible, supportive and have stress tolerance. You strive for a very high level of service and you have great communication skills.
