Our offer
As a co-worker at Koneo SQM you are offered a health care benefit (3600 SEK/year) and a subsidized commuter card (SL). You receive a set monthly wage and you are given the opportunity to study and to take Microsoft certificates.

Tasks
You will be working in the first line of the service desk supporting employees via telephone, e-mail and remote control. Since you are the IT department’s voice towards the employees, the job requires both excellent people skills and technical competence.
Skills and experience
To be eligible for the position it is preferable if you have prior experience from working with support/customer service via telephone, preferably within IT. You need to have excellent skills within Windows, MS Office and TCP/IP. You are service minded, have excellent people skills and the ability to make IT understandable for the general user.
Besides strong communication skills in English, fluent German is required.
