Job description

Your tasks will consist of supplementing loan applications by calling our German customers to receive the complementary information we need for the decision making. You will also work administratively to check the incoming German documents in connection with the loan application. The communication with customers is mainly over the telephone.

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Is fluent in German and English.
• Has ongoing university studies
• Has experience from customer service and likes to communicate over telephone
• Is a team player but also used to working independently.
• Is accurate and goal oriented
• Has good computer skills and not afraid of new programs and systems
