Background & role purpose:
As a part of its expansion plan, our client is looking for a Sales Director that will be based in the Stockholm Head Office. The Sales Director will have ownership of managing sales internationally, with focus of the German market.

For this role our client is seeking an individual with a track record of successfully managing a sales team, closing key international B2B accounts, and effectively developing and executing sales strategies. The Sales Team will be developed by the Sales Director, and he/she will take a hands on approach to generating new B2B clients.

The Sales Director reports to the CEO. He/she will be responsible for the B2B sales budget and be part of the management team.

Responsibilities
• Responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle: lead generation,
company presentation, client proposals, negotiation and contract
signature
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Contribute to the ongoing product development, sales strategy,
presentation of products
• Initiate and maintain high level interactions with potential and
existing strategic reseller partners
• Be an integral part of the business development and sales team,
reporting to the CEO

Job Requirements
• Languages: Fluent English and German
• At least 5 years of experience in B2B-sales. Relevant experience
within online solutions, content, interactive media is a distinct
advantage
• Degree educated in business, or technology
• Strong knowledge of eCommerce
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Convincing and dynamic personality
• Strong relationship building abilities
• Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for the
entire sales cycle
• You must be authorized to work in Sweden
• The position is located in our headquarters in central Stockholm,
Sweden
