As part of the research team you will support Potentialpark's vision by discovering new ideas that can influence the world of recruiting and Talent Communication; and by that help millions of job seekers to find the work and place where they belong. You will work closely with our Product Manager in creating the product and support with operational tasks.
What you'll do
• After the onboarding phase you will independently take over production of reports for our German clients including the implementation of online questionnaires, data preparation in Excel, data analysis and report writing.
• You will gain in depth insights into Talent Communication as part of Websites and Social Media of some of the world's leading companies.
• Share your gathered knowledge both within your team and with key account managers before and during client deliveries.

• Have a strong interest in the field of Talent Communication and Employer Branding
• Are savvy about social media and digital communication
• Thrive in a highly international environment with colleagues and clients from all over the world
• Have an analytical mindset, pay great attention to detail and solve tasks and questions in a logical way
• Master Excel and Powerpoint with ease
• Take ownership over your tasks, work independently and strive to always deliver top quality in everything you do
• Give and receive feedback comfortably
• Get things done
What we expect
• A university degree; you are currently enrolled or have recently completed it
• Professional German and English in both writing and speaking
• Academic and/or work experience in quantitative and qualitative data analysis
• Experience in working in a digital environment
• Previous experience with client contact or user experience is a big plus
