Fyndiq is one of Europe’s fastest growing tech startups. On our online supermarket we offer 126 selfiesticks, 1280 IPhone 6 shells and about 300 000 other products. At the same time as we feed our bargain hungry consumers we offer a marketplace for e-commerce merchants in Sweden. And soon to be Germany. Our new German merchants need a best friend here at Fyndiq. And hopefully that’s you!
As a merchant bff you’ll help them when they have questions. They might wonder how it works to sell at Fyndiq or have questions regarding agreements, the technology or payments. Whatever our merchants need support with you’ll be there assisting them through email or phone. A best friend sometimes need to be hard but fair, and therefore you as a Merchant and Sales Support makes sure that our merchants follow the guidelines for selling at Fyndiq.
But you will not just be in touch with your new best friends if they have any problems or questions. As you know, friendship needs a two ways communication and a part of this role is to hold our merchants informed through newsletters.
You’ll be a part of our growing Merchant Relations department and hence work with a bunch of open-minded and innovative people.
Who is a good bff for our Merchants
Since our German merchants speak German fluently- so do you, but you also like to speak English once in a while when talking to you colleagues who will be from all over the world.
We know that our merchants is looking for a new best friend who breath service. You are also a person who enjoys to work close to other people, in fact you are a true team player who love to reach goals together with your team.
You have at least a few years of working experience. If you have worked with service and administration, receive this cyber high five:
