hela Sverige The German Debt Collection Department's primarily goal is to find customer targeted solutions for the collection of receivables. In Stockholm, we are roughly 25 agents handling debt collection errands for the German market. As part of our continuous growth and success we are now looking for new part time employees to our debt collection team in Stockholm.
Your mission is to complement our collection activities by actively calling defaulting customers and finding a suitable payment solution for them. As you will work closely with our colleagues from collection operations, your activities also include common customer service tasks. Working hours are very flexible and can be arranged to your preference between 13:00 and 20:00. However, we always work a minimum of 4 hours a day and 12 hours a week.
You are competent, strong-minded and enjoy being part of a fast-paced organization where the only thing that is constant is change. You get motivated by working towards mutual goals together with an enthusiastic and social team. It is important that you are a fast and secure decision maker who is not afraid of taking own initiative. We appreciate innovative people who actively contribute to development of the departments and the whole company. Experience in customer service or debt collection is a plus, but native German speaking and fluent in English is a requirement.
