What will you do working for us with Customer Experience?
As a Customer Service Agent you will assist our German and English speaking customers.
Some of your responsibilities are:
* Answer incoming mail and calls from our customers.
* Give excellent service by phone and mail.
* Advise clients regarding our products.
Your employment with us will start with an introduction training where you will learn everything you need to know to be able to deliver world-class service to North Trampoline's customers.
Our customer service is open on weekdays between 8:30 and 17:00.
Who are we looking for?
You enjoy working with customer service and people - this is the most important thing for us! We assume that you are a positive, ambitious and friendly person who is easily communicates with others. Furthermore, you are a thorough and responsible person.
We are looking for you who:
* speak German and English. You need to be fluent in speech as well as in writing.
* have excellent administrative skills.
* have good computer skills as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* are over 18 years of age.
* are able to work fulltime between 8th of March to the 13th of August.
* it is an advantage if you have worked with customer service in your previous engagements.
What can North Trampoline offer you?
We offer a full-time employment during the day between 8:30 - 17:00, starting March 8th to August 13th. Your employment will be with North Trampoline.
North Trampoline is located in pleasant and beautiful turn-of-the-century premises in Gamlestan in Gothenburg, Rullagergatan 9, with proximity to good public transport connections. We are 25 colleagues who work in the office.
