PROTEIN.DE is now looking for a new Proteinbabe to the team! You are efficient, positive and bubbly, have excellent service and love challenges. We also love to see that you have a genuine interest in exercise, health and supplements.
Tasks
The customer service's main tasks are to help customers via chat, email and phone.
You will help to answer questions about the products, payments and deliveries but also report issues to the other departments like IT and Marketing.
Your profile
• You have native language skill both spoken and written in german (any other scandinavian language are a merit).
• You are passionate about customer service and are committed to give the customer a professional and personal treatment.
• You have a structured way of working, have a strong ability to prioritize and are stress-resistant.
• You are fast on the keyboard.
• You have previous work experience from a service-oriented profession

Scope: The employment is a employment based on needs in the business, at present we see someone who can work extra between Sunday - Friday (day and evening shifts).
